		<description>The statistic I find most interesting is the 40% of the first 5 digits. Why then are we giving out the last 4 digits of our SS# over the phone, on the internet, as passwords, and as logins? I would not give out those last 4 digits if I knew it increases my chance of being exploited by 31.5%.
