| At the full performance level, some of the major duties are as follows:
Strategic Analysis: Serve as a leading team member responsible for overseeing and coordinating response to cyber incidents of national significance; triaging and correlating cyber security incidents; providing on-site incident response; performing analysis that involves advising customers on strategies to protect and secure sensitive information and systems. Incident Handling: Serve as a leading team member of a cyber incident response group. Provide fast and effective responses to cyber incidents of significance. Develop comprehensive policies and procedures for reporting, analyzing, and responding to computer security incidents. Propose strategies to prevent intruder activity from escalating or occurring at all and provide services such as incident analysis and response, vulnerability handling, intrusion detection, risk assessments, and penetration testing.
