Job Description
The Cyber Security Mission Area Director will develop the business strategy and serve as the subject matter expert for the cyber security mission of civilian agencies for the Civil Systems Division. This position will serve as the public face of Civil Systems Division on Cyber-security, creating thought leadership, participating in industry committees and nurturing executive relationships with key customers. This position will also coordinate cyber security-related activities across multiple Business Units and multiple customer organizations including homeland security, public safety and other critical civilian agency missions. The scope of responsibilities for this position include: management of key customer relationships, competitive analysis, vision statement development, opportunity identification (pipeline related), funding analysis, risk identification and development of risk mitigation recommendations, M&A opportunity analysis, technology need identification, Congressional tracking and development of advocacy recommendations, advocacy and conscience building across CSD, NGIS and NG, and the development of the CSD cyber security mission area strategy.
