Job Description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a $250M rapidly growing provider of government information technology and engineering services is seeking a highly motivated leader and change agent to manage all aspects of the Professional, Technical, and IT Services Strategic Business Offering. ($80M Group) Individual should have extensive executive management; program management; system engineering; and consulting experience with a strong knowledge of the government contracting industry. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the following:
· Providing leadership in the oversight and management of Professional, Technical, and IT Services Strategic Business Offering focused on providing a wide range of system engineering and technical assistance (SETA) services to government clients.
· Definition of, and execution to, the Professional, Technical, and IT Services Strategic Business Offering annual operational plan with quantified goals for revenue, profit, DSO, and gross bookings.
· Development of inputs to the AMERICAN SYSTEMS Strategic Plan relative to the Professional, Technical, and IT Services Strategic Business Offering.
· Oversight and expansion of several existing business areas spanning Civilian Federal, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community customer sets.
