Bill Varner to be Group COO in ManTech Restructuring

ManTech International Corporation has announced a company restructuring following last month’s departure of Larry Prior, formerly COO of ManTech. The restructuring will see the presidents of ManTech’s three operating groups also taking over as chief operating officers of their respective organizations.
Each group president will report to ManTech’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer George J. Pedersen. Bill Varner, who leads ManTech’s Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions, will now serve as COO of the group as well.
