Raytheon Company has bought Trusted Computer Solutions, making the purchase the seventh cybersecurity acquisition for the company since 2007.
TCS is known for its work in cross-domain and cybersecurity software that works across multiple domains, allowing confidential sharing for customers. The company will be renamed Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions and will be a part of Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Systems division.
“Raytheon is committed to delivering the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of products, solutions and services to help protect the nation’s most critical networks,” said Lynn Dugle, president of IIS. “Trusted Computer Solutions’ very strong product portfolio extends Raytheon’s leadership in government cross-domain solutions and delivers vital new capabilities to our suite of cyber solutions.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
