Priscilla Guthrie, CIO of the Office of the Director for National Intelligence, has resigned after approximately 18 months on the job, Federal News Radio reports.
Director of National Intelligence James Clapper sent out a note to agency employees yesterday, thanking Guthrie for her contributions and announcing Charlene Leubecker as the acting CIO until a new one is named.
“Her efforts to strengthen information sharing, integration, and management across the Intelligence Community have been integral to our mission, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors,” Clapper wrote in an email obtained by Federal News Radio.
Guthrie became CIO last May, taking over from retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Dale Meyerrose, who now leads cybersecurity initiatives at Harris Corporation.
