Cyber War Rages as Indian, Pakistani Cyber Armies Battle it Out
A group of Pakistani hackers calling itself the Pakistan Cyber Army has begun attacking the websites of the Indian Cyber Army attack after ICA shut down nearly 40 Pakistani government websites.
According to The Express Tribune, the two hacker collectives have been engaged in a cyber war, attacking each other’s and government-owned websites. Some of these sites include those belonging to the Indian Central Bureau of Investigations and the Pakistan’s Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority, and Jadavpur University Department of Economics.
As of this morning, the Jadavpur University Department of Economics website still displays PCA’s defacement message, saying “Back 0ff ! PCA 0wn3d yew! This is Payback from Pak Cyber Army in return to the Defacement of Pak Government Websites.” The Indian Central Bureau of Investigations website is also inaccessible.
“We always get revenge,” the head of PCA told The Express Tribune. “I do this because I love Pakistan and want to do something ‘big’ for my country,” said the administrator of the website where the PCA collective congregates.

Indians start things then whine and complain….
Pakistani hackers should be careful, as India’s cyber war capabilities will quickly make short work out of a bunch of self-proclaimed PakistanCyber Army hackers. India is one of the few nations capable and motivated enough to bitch slap pretty much anybody they want. The only good Pakistani news is that India may not want to demonstrate their true strength when cyber war looming between the US, China, Russia and Israel. See TheMorganDoctrine.com.
I have not heard as much rubbish as Rick Bennett, these are internal cyber groups not intelligence groups so they are probably equal legging.
Also in previous “cyber wars” the Pakistani hacking groups has absolutely battered Indian hacking groups. I read a good article on a hackers forum about the 97-02 cyber war and it summarised that Pakistan won in the end because they also had links with Arab, Turkish and Chinese cyber groups.
Finally do not underestimate the Pakistani groups, they have hacked US grovernment sites, AIPAC and other Israeli and Jewish sites and even Google.
As long as these groups continue to just deface sites I have nothing to say, it is better than hacking bank personal details and way better than fighting a war with guns.
