ManTech International Corporation has been awarded a $1.1 billion contract with the Justice Department.
The six-year contract will provide a number of security and IT components with the goal of supporting DOJ in combating cyber threats and staying current with the latest in IT technology.
The Information Support Services Technology contract specifically provides DOJ with IT planning, systems engineering, development and testing, programming integration and cybersecurity, among many other IT-related tasks.
President and CEO Bill Varner said he “looks forward to working with the DOJ to support key mission areas including intelligences, cybersecurity, secure networking, IT sustainment operations and other security services. “
With 10,000 employees worldwide, ManTech works to provide information services for national security purposes. It has worked with Homeland Security, the FBI, the Defense Department and the State Department, among many other government agencies and companies within the Intelligence Community.
