Symantec Enterprise Support Services has received two 2011 STAR Awards for Excellence from the Technology Services Industry Association, in the Excellence in Value-Added Support and Customer Commitment categories.

Symantec was chosen for delivering exceptional customer support responsiveness, integrated product supportability and proactive support services to keep Symantec enterprise customers up and running around the clock.
