Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff to Deliver Keynote Speech at Dreamforce 2011

Salesforce.com announced today that its chairman and CEO Marc Benioff will deliver the keynote address for the opening of Dreamforce 2011, a cloud computing conference scheduled from Aug. 20 to Sept. 2 in San Francisco.

According to Salesforce.com, Benioff will outline the company’s vision for the social enterprise during his speech.

“Each year at Dreamforce, we set the agenda for the cloud computing industry, and this year will be no exception,” said Marc Benioff, chairman and CEO for salesforce.com. “At Dreamforce 2011, we will showcase customers that have embraced innovation and transformed themselves into social enterprises.”

Dreamforce 2011 invites attendees to learn how technology can impact their businesses and industries through social, mobile and open cloud computing. The event expects more than 25,000 attendees and will feature 450 sessions featuring 700 expert users from leading customer and partner companies and the more than 275 cloud leader exhibitors.
