Dell Positioned as a “Leader” in Two Magic Quadrant Reports
Dell has been positioned as a “Leader” by Gartner, Inc. in two of its key 2011 Magic Quadrant Reports: “Magic Quadrant for Desktop Outsourcing, North America,”and “Magic Quadrant for Data Center Outsourcing and Infrastructure Utility Services, North America.”
Gartner evaluates service providers on their ability to execute a complete vision through extensive research and customer feedback with the aim to help potential customers evaluate service providers. Leaders are seen as those that shape the market instead of follow it.
“Our solutions are designed to give customers the power to do more in their daily operations through an efficient, reliable infrastructure environment, and we believe our position as a ‘Leader’ in not one, but two Gartner Magic Quadrant reports affirms our strategy and approach in providing customers the best service possible,” said Steve Schuckenbrock, president, Dell Services.
