Dell’s Multivendor Support Now Available in Europe

Dell’s ProSupport service is now to include non-Dell systems and devices in Europe allowing customers to have one point of contact for all support needs. The Multivendor Hardware Support expansion will include more than 30,000 technicians in more than 100 countries. 

The expansion will give Dell hardware support to customers with laptop, desktop, workstation and x86 servers from IBM, HP, Lenovo and Acer products reducing customer costs by eliminating various system management as well as contracts and warranties.

Dell’s standardized offering provides a reliable, easy-to-use and cost-effective way to keep hardware systems running with just one relationship. We are excited to make industry-leading Dell ProSupport available for HP, IBM, Lenovo and Acer hardware,” said Doug Schmitt, vice president, Global Support Services, Dell Services.
