Symantec Intelligence Reports Finds Public Sector is Most Targeted by Phishing Activity

Symantec‘s September 2011 intelligence report found that in the U.S., the public sector remained the most targeted by phishing activity with one in every 125.8 e-mails comprising a phishing attack.
