Unisys, Aternity Agree to Expand Collaboration on End-User Management

Unisys and Aternity announced an expansion on their previous collaboration to integrate Aternity’s platform with managed end-user services solutions.

Aternity’s Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform being integrated with end-user solutions enables Unisys to provide tailored options for managed-service solutions based on the platform, according to a company release

“This expanded relationship with Aternity gives Unisys new ways to customize services that use Aternity’s powerful advanced analytics technology,” said Larry Dunn, vice president, Global IT Outsourcing Solutions, Unisys.

“Unisys can provide a greater range of targeted, cost-efficient end-user support solutions to gauge application performance, isolate developing problems and take proactive steps to head off service events so our clients’ end users can stay consistently productive,” said Dunn.

The solutions will allow Unisys to manage performance of applications used by clients’ employees as well as offer other Aternity-enabled solutions tailored to specific sets of client-defined business applications that run in physical or virtual environments.
