Raytheon Reports Experiment Success: Connects Soldiers to UAVs, Each Other with 3G Devices

Raytheon reported today that during a recent experiment at Fort Benning, Ga., it was able to simultaneously transmit data, voice and video in real-time between smartphones and tablets over both 3G and military tactical radios.
The company said it was the first time it was able to do this without any service interruptions using its One Force communications solution.
