HP today announced it has acquired privately held global software solutions provider Hiflex Software GmbH.

The GEOS emergency response service is now available to users of Iridium‘s Extreme satellite phone at no additional cost, Iridium announced in a release Tuesday.

Raytheon Boosts Cybersecurity Offerings with Newly Acquired Firm
Raytheon Company has grabbed another cybersecurity company with the acquisition of Pikewerks Corporation.
This purchase is the Raytheon’s ninth cyber-related acquisition since 2007, according to a company announcement.
