DoD Launches IT Scholarship, Grants Program for Civilian, Military Personnel
The Department of Defense will start offering scholarship programs for personnel interested in information assurance and information technology fields.
The Information Assurance Scholarship Program will give chosen institutions of higher learning funding for research, faculty, curriculum development, and laboratory improvements for IA/IT.
The Naval Postgraduate School and Air Force Institute of Technology will handle the scholarship program for military and civilian DoD personnel.
IASP is also open for non-DoD students at Universities the NSA has designated as a Center of Academic Excellence.
