12 Md. Firms to Share $600,000 Tech Transfer Program Contract

Twelve Maryland tech firms have won $50,000 each in new funding through the Ft. Detrick Technology Transfer Initiative, aimed at bringing medical technologies to the market.

The four-year-old program is run by the Maryland Technology Development Corporation, with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command and the Frederick County Office of Economic Development.
