Walt Disney’s Internet subsidiary, along with several partners, are being sued for allegedly spying on minors. The company is accused of using cookies known as “Flash Cookies” to track personal information of users, many of whom are minors.

German Rail Firm Fined $1.65M For Spying On Employees

The German railway firm Deutsche Bahn has received a $1.65 million fine from the Berlin Data Commission for 10 years of  employee data breaches, including spying on staff through personal email.
