FBI Awards ManTech Cybersecurity Contract

ManTech scooped up another hefty contract today.

The federal government awarded the Fairfax, Va., IT security firm a five year, $9.2 million contract to provide cybersecurity for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Under the contract, ManTech will supply the FBI with security policies, procedures, training and planning, and manage security for FBI communications.

ManTech Wraps Up QinetiQ’s S&IS Business Acquisition

ManTech International Corporation has completed the acquisition of QinetiQ North America’s Security and Intelligence Solutions business for $60 million.

S&IS provides integrated security solutions to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. The division will be integrated within ManTech’s Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions group, led by L. William Varner.
